Welcome to POMP Cheer! We’re excited to help bring your team’s vision to life through fully customized uniforms, apparel, and accessories. This document outlines our Terms of Service and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), covering everything from lead times and production to payments, policies, and design ownership.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
POMP Cheer offers fully custom uniforms, warmups, practice wear, backpacks, shoes, socks, bows, and accessories. All items are made to order and begin with a digital design mockup.
Custom Order Timeline:
- Design Process: 2–5 business days from design request
- Design Approval: Required before production begins
- Production Time: 4–7 weeks (depending on season and complexity)
- Shipping: 3–6 business days (domestic); international varies
Customers must approve all designs and provide accurate sizes before production starts. Delays in approvals or missing information will delay production and delivery.
2. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQ)
- Uniforms: Minimum of 5 sets
- Practice wear, bows, socks, and other items may have different MOQs depending on product
- Reorders: May have lower MOQs depending on the design
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- All custom orders require 100% upfront payment before production.
- Payment methods: Major credit cards, wire transfers, ACH, and approved purchase orders (for qualified organizations)
- Pricing is based on design complexity, materials, and quantity.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days.
4. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, & ADDITIONS
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once design approval and payment are received.
- Additions after production begins are treated as a new order with a new lead time.
- Any adjustments must be made during the design or approval phase.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Standard shipping is 3–6 business days (domestic); international delivery depends on location.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request (fees apply).
- POMP Cheer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
- Delivery timelines are estimates; we will always strive to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee arrival dates if requirements are not met on time.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
- All custom items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
- POMP Cheer will assess the issue and determine whether it is a manufacturer defect or user error.
- If approved, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
- Issues due to incorrect sizing (if based on customer-provided measurements), improper washing, wear and tear, or alterations are considered user error and are not covered.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
- Any customer-provided logos or artwork must be owned or legally licensed by the Customer.
- By submitting logos or team branding, the Customer grants POMP Cheer full rights to use those assets in designs, production, and marketing materials.
- All designs created by POMP Cheer remain the exclusive property of POMP Cheer and may not be copied, distributed, or manufactured elsewhere without written permission.
- POMP Cheer retains the right to display completed designs in digital, print, and social media platforms unless explicitly requested not to by the Customer.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information, including sizes, roster details, and approvals.
- Customers should inspect all items within 10 days of receipt and report any issues immediately.
- Proper care and laundering instructions must be followed to maintain product quality. POMP Cheer is not responsible for damage due to neglect or misuse.
9. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
- POMP Cheer’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed events, lost performances, or scheduling impacts.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, shipping disruptions, or supply chain delays.

DESIGN PROCESS
At POMP Cheer, we take pride in offering exceptional, high-impact designs that bring your team’s vision to life. Our design process is highly collaborative, efficient, and focused on delivering standout looks.
Design Timeline:
- Initial Concept Development: 2–5 business days
- Revision Turnarounds: 1–2 business days per revision round
- Approval Required: Before production can begin
Design Quality:
Our designs are crafted by experienced professionals who understand performance wear, aesthetics, and brand identity. Whether you're selecting from our curated catalog or requesting a fully custom look, we ensure every design is tailored to your needs and optimized for both style and function.
Revisions:
- Catalog Designs: Up to 2 free revisions
- Custom Designs: Up to 2 free revisions
- Additional revisions may incur a design fee.
Design Deposit:
- After we design 1–2 products for your team, a $125 design deposit is required to continue the process.
- This deposit is credited back to you on your final bulk order, ensuring no added cost if you choose to proceed.
- This policy helps protect our designers' time and ensures that we’re working with serious buyers.
We recommend starting the design process early in your season to allow for revisions, approvals, and production.

Yes! We offer free samples with the purchase of a size kit. Sample uniforms are available upon request to test materials and fit.
What is your typical lead time?

Can I cancel or return my order?
No. All custom items are made to order and final sale. Orders cannot be canceled after approval and payment.
What if something is wrong with our order?
If you believe there’s a defect, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll investigate and repair or replace any items with verified manufacturing defects. POMP Cheer determines if an issue is user error or manufacturer fault.
Can we use our own logo or mascot?
Yes! You can send us your logos and we’ll incorporate them. By doing so, you agree to let us use them for your designs and our promotional materials.
Do we own the design you create?
No. All designs, patterns, and uniforms created by POMP Cheer remain our intellectual property. You cannot reproduce or use them outside of POMP Cheer without permission.
